CANCELLATIONS / CONFIRMATION POLICY
We are always happy to accept new guests at Serendipity Salon!
Upon booking your appointment with Serendipity Salon you will be required to provide your credit card information to reserve your time slot. This information will be privately stored under your client file. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice. Not showing up for your appointment or cancelling the day of will result in a 25% charge of the booked service. This is implemented in courtesy to our stylist’s time.
You will be sent an email or text reminder two days prior to your appointment. You can confirm your appointment time by clinking on the link. If you forget to confirm, don’t panic! Our salon coordinator will give you a call 24 hours prior to your appointment time to get a confirmation.
Our brand requires you to reschedule your booked appointment after 10 minutes if you have not arrived.
We understand your time is just as important as ours and the regulations allow our stylists and staff to give you a non rushed, relaxed experience for both parties.
